1. Overview

At TUT, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, our return policy allows you to return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or live plants.
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Pack the item securely and include any forms we’ve sent you as part of the return process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This ensures the fastest turnaround time on receiving your new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your original method of payment will be credited within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are not covered by TUT unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs. For all other returns, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
