At TUT, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. This cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which an order may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Since we aim to ship products quickly, cancellations after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processed and in transit.
To cancel an order, please follow the steps below:
If the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy will apply instead.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If you need to make any changes to your order (e.g., change of address, size, or color) within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer service. We will accommodate changes to the extent possible before the order is processed.
