At TUT, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Egyptian-made products. We offer refunds and exchanges to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read the following terms to understand our refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Personalized products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
